We are looking for an experienced **Meta Ads Manager** who is passionate about performance marketing, data analysis, and continuous optimization. If you enjoy testing strategies, improving ROAS, and working with a collaborative remote team, we'd love to hear from you. ## What You'll Do * Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram). * Optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS while reducing CPA. * Research and build high-converting audiences. * Monitor campaign performance and advertising budgets daily. * Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements. * Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking. * Analyze campaign data and provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights. * Collaborate with our creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives. ## Requirements * 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads. * Strong understanding of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and Meta Ads Manager. * Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, and Google Tag Manager. * Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns using metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rate. * Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills. * Fluent in English. ## Nice to Have * Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $10,000+. * Experience in lead generation or eCommerce. * Knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO). * Familiarity with AI tools that improve marketing workflows. ## Compensation * $1,200–$2,000 per month (depending on experience) * Performance bonus based on results * Long-term remote position * Opportunities for career growth ## To Apply Please answer the following questions in your proposal: 1.
