Meta & Google Ad Manager

We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing & Creative Strategy Lead to own our paid acquisition across Meta and Google. This role is about more than managing ad accounts. You'll build a repeatable creative testing system by working closely with our Affiliate & Creator Manager, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor to continuously develop, test, and scale high-performing ads. Responsibilities 1. Own Meta and Google Ads strategy and execution 2. Launch, optimize, and scale profitable campaigns 3. Build and manage a continuous creative testing pipeline 4. Develop creative briefs based on performance data 5. Work with our Affiliate & Creator Manager to source creator content 6. Collaborate with our Graphic Designer and Video Editor to produce and iterate on ad creatives 7. Analyze campaign performance and identify winning concepts, hooks, and messaging 8. Provide weekly performance reporting and recommendations 9. Recommend budget allocation based on profitability Requirements 5+ years managing Meta Ads for ecommerce brands Strong Google Ads experience Proven experience scaling DTC brands Strong understanding of creative testing and performance marketing Experience managing meaningful ad budgets Understands profitability, contribution margin, and customer acquisition—not just ROAS Bonus Experience in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, supplements, or other highly competitive ecommerce categories This Role Is Not Responsible For Influencer outreach Affiliate recruitment Creating graphic design assets Editing video content Organic social media Customer support To Apply, Please Answer These Questions: Tell us about a campaign that looked successful on paper but wasn't actually profitable.
