VA - Meta Infrastructure & Network Assistant

Affiliate Network VA — Everflow Ops & Meta Ad Account Support Type: Full-time | Remote Hours: European About Us We're a performance marketing company running both an affiliate network and an in-house media buying team. We work across multiple verticals in Tier-1 markets. Small team, fast pace, no corporate bureaucracy. What You'll Do Network Side (Everflow): - Set up and configure offers in Everflow — creatives, payouts, caps, geo/device targeting, tracking links - Onboard new affiliates and get them approved on the right offers - Respond to affiliate requests: link issues, payout questions, creative requests, offer access - Monitor for tracking/postback issues and flag anything broken - Keep offer status accurate (paused, capped, expired) Media Buying Side (Meta): - Troubleshoot ad account issues — restrictions, appeals, rejections, billing errors - File and follow up on appeals through Meta support - Assist with Business Manager admin: adding assets, user access, page/pixel connections - Track ad account status across a portfolio of accounts in our spreadsheets Requirements - 1+ year hands-on with an affiliate tracking platform (Everflow, HasOffers/Tune, Affise, iREV, or similar) - Working knowledge of Meta Business Manager and ad account structure - Strong written English — you'll be the front line with affiliates daily - Organized and proactive: you notice problems before we do - Reliable internet, quiet work setup, available during agreed hours Nice to Have - Direct Everflow experience - Experience dealing with Meta ad account restrictions/appeals - Familiarity with Keitaro or other tracker software - Basic understanding of postbacks, S2S tracking, and conversion flows What We Offer - Competitive salary based on experience (state your expected monthly rate) - Hands-on training on our systems and processes - Direct access to founders — no layers of management How to Apply Send a reply with: 1.
