Meta & Instagram Shop Setup Specialist (One-Off Project)

We are a UK-based lighting manufacturer and e-commerce business looking for an experienced freelancer to build and optimise our Meta sales channels. This is a one-off project to professionally set up our Facebook and Instagram presence, including Meta Commerce, Instagram Shop, Facebook Shop and advertising infrastructure. There is potential for future work if the project is successful. Scope of Work The successful freelancer will be responsible for: Setting up and organising Meta Business Manager. Configuring our Facebook Business Page and Instagram Business Account. Setting up Facebook Shop and Instagram Shop. Configuring Meta Commerce Manager. Connecting and syncing our website product catalogue with Meta. Installing and configuring the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Verifying our website domain. Ensuring all Meta assets are correctly configured and owned by our business. Designing a professional Instagram profile layout using our existing branding and product images. Creating Story Highlight covers and branded post templates. Setting up one or two initial Meta advertising campaigns ready for launch. Testing everything to ensure it is fully operational. Providing a handover session with documentation so we can manage the platform ourselves. About Us We are a UK-based supplier of premium LED lighting products, serving both residential and commercial customers. We already have an established website and product range and are now looking to strengthen our presence across Facebook and Instagram. Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has proven experience with Meta Business Manager, Facebook Shops and Instagram Shops. Has worked with e-commerce businesses selling physical products. Has strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Commerce Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Understands how to create a clean, premium-looking Instagram business profile. Can recommend best practices rather than simply following instructions. Is an excellent communicator and can explain technical concepts clearly. Is based in the UK (preferred but not essential).
