We're a fast-growing Pakistani D2C footwear brand doing real volume on Meta — and we want someone who can take our ad account further. What you'll do: Own campaign strategy — scaling, budgets, kill/hold calls Analyse ROAS + creative performance, tell us what to make next Test new angles, audiences, and offer presentation Report weekly with numbers, not vibes What we need: 2+ years running Meta ads for ecommerce/D2C (not lead gen, not agencies juggling 20 clients) You've personally scaled an ad account and can show the numbers Comfortable with COD economics — RTO, delivered ROAS, the Pakistani reality Available for a daily check-in, remote otherwise Details: Part-time · Fully remote (WFH) · Rs 60–80k/month To apply: DM us one ad account result you're proud of — spend, ROAS, and what you did to get it.
