Meta AI / WhatsApp AI Agent Developer (Freelancer)

We are looking for an experienced freelance developer to build and configure a Meta AI-powered WhatsApp Business agent for our logistics and LCV booking operations. The goal is to create an AI agent that can interact with customers on WhatsApp and automate the initial booking process. Key Requirements The freelancer should have experience with: • Meta Business AI / Meta AI Agent setup • WhatsApp Business Platform / WhatsApp Cloud API • Webhook integration and API development • Receiving and processing customer-shared WhatsApp locations (Latitude & Longitude) • Conversational AI and prompt/system instruction design • Backend integration for booking workflows • Google Maps or other Maps/Routing APIs • Distance calculation and fare estimation logic Expected Customer Flow 🚚 Customer requests a vehicle 📍 AI asks for Pickup Location 📍 Customer shares WhatsApp Location 📍 AI asks for Drop Location 🗺️ System calculates distance 💰 Fare engine generates quotation ✅ Customer confirms booking 🚛 Booking is created and processed Scope of Work The freelancer will be responsible for: Setting up/configuring the Meta AI or WhatsApp AI agent. Designing the complete conversational booking flow. Integrating WhatsApp Business/Cloud API with our backend. Configuring webhook handling for incoming customer messages. Capturing and storing Pickup & Drop Latitude/Longitude. Integrating Maps/Routing API for distance calculation. Connecting the AI agent to our fare calculation engine. Creating a structured booking workflow. Providing proper documentation and handover after completion.
