Meta ads specialist needed for Facebook lead generation

If you've never managed a lead generation campaign on Meta before, please don't apply. I need someone who has actually worked on lead generation campaigns and understands what it takes to get quality leads. I'm honestly a little frustrated with my current results. So leads have been coming in but they havent been consistent, and sometimes we're spending money without getting enough quality enquiries. I need someone who can look at my Meta Ads account, improve the campaign structure and targeting, test different creatives, set up retargeting, and make sure our Meta Pixel and conversion tracking are working properly.
