We need an editor to turn raw UGC footage into high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta/TikTok ad campaigns — including VSLs and AI-generated ad content. Strong hooks, fast cuts, and retention-focused storytelling are a must. What You'll Do Edit UGC footage into ad/organic content for TikTok, Reels, Meta & TikTok Ads Manager Edit VSLs for direct-response campaigns Incorporate AI-generated video/voice/avatar assets where needed Add captions, overlays, pacing, and sound design per platform Requirements Portfolio with real UGC/VSL/AI ad edits (DTC + TikTok Shop experience a plus) Strong grasp of retention mechanics (3-sec hooks, pacing, trends) Skilled in DaVinci Resolve (preferred), Premiere Pro, or CapCut Fast turnaround Contract Details This is a short-term, fixed-price contract: $30 total.
