Microsoft 365 Mailbox & Licensing Audit + Shared Mailbox Setup

We need an experienced Microsoft 365 admin/consultant to review our tenant and tidy up our mailbox setup. Scope: - Audit all current user accounts and licenses — flag any that are unnecessary or mismatched - Identify mailboxes that are functioning as shared/team inboxes (e.g. bookings@, info@) but are still set up as individually licensed accounts - Convert these to proper shared mailboxes, with Full Access and Send As permissions set correctly per user - Reclaim any licenses freed up and advise whether to reassign or cancel them - Confirm MFA is enabled on all remaining individual accounts - Review mailbox permissions generally and remove any stale/unneeded access - Check domain DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are correctly configured - Deliver a short written report: what was changed, any savings, and any security issues found Requirements: - Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 admin center and Exchange admin center - Comfortable working directly in a live tenant with care (this is a small live business, not a test environment) - Clear written communication — we want to understand what's being changed and why Nice to have: - Experience with small business or event-organisation setups - UK-based Please include examples of similar mailbox/licensing cleanups you've done.
