Microsoft 365 SharePoint Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online consultant to implement a professional digital workspace for RIVKSON Engineering Consultants based on our existing operating system, REOS – RIVKSON Engineering Operating System. This is not a basic file-storage or folder-creation project. The objective is to build a structured and controlled Microsoft 365 environment that supports client management, opportunities, tenders, technical and financial proposals, engineering projects, document control, internal reviews, approvals, client submissions, project closeout, controlled archiving, and secure external client access. The solution should include SharePoint architecture, Microsoft Lists, metadata, version control, role-based permissions, project workspaces, proposal and project registers, document and submission registers, controlled archiving, and selected Power Automate workflows. The consultant should also review and configure, where applicable, Microsoft 365 security, Microsoft Entra ID permissions, guest access, external sharing controls, retention, version recovery, and administrative access. The implemented environment should generally support the following workflow: Clients → Opportunities → Proposals → Projects → Documents → Reviews → Approvals → Submissions → Closeout → Archive. RIVKSON already has an approved operating framework under REOS. The selected consultant will be responsible for translating this structure into an effective Microsoft 365 / SharePoint environment and should not independently redesign RIVKSON’s business processes, numbering systems, approval structure, or governance without approval. The final handover should include: - Configured SharePoint Online environment - Microsoft Lists and operational registers - Document libraries and metadata structure - Role-based permissions - Project workspace structure - Secure external client access / project portal - Selected Power Automate workflows - Testing and user acceptance - Administrator documentation - User guide - Administrator training - End-user training - Full knowledge transfer - Final handover documentation A key project requirement is the delivery of RIVKSON-specific recorded training videos at the end of the implementation. The training videos should clearly explain the practical day-to-day use of the implemented REOS Microsoft 365 / SharePoint system, including project creation, document upload, metadata, revision control, approvals, permissions, client sharing, submissions, archiving, user management, and basic system administration. The recorded training material should be suitable for future employee onboarding and internal company training. The consultant should preferably be able to provide live training and recorded training videos in Arabic or bilingual Arabic-English format. Arabic-speaking consultants are strongly preferred because training, knowledge transfer, and some internal communication may need to be delivered in Arabic. Experience with engineering consultancy, architecture, construction, project management, fire and life safety, or the wider AEC industry is highly preferred. Project completion and final payment will be subject to successful system testing, completion of training, delivery of the recorded training videos, required documentation, and full administrative handover to RIVKSON. We prefer a fixed-price engagement with milestone-based payments.
