Subject: API Integration Specialist: Connect accessplanit LMS with Microsoft Teams Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator / Integration Specialist to connect our accessplanit Learning Management System (LMS) with Microsoft Teams. The goal is to automate the synchronization of conference call details with our scheduled school courses, eliminating manual link creation. We have broken the project down into three clear phases: 1. Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Setup: Register accessplanit as an authorised app, generate Client/Tenant IDs, create a Client Secret, and assign the correct Microsoft Graph API permissions (e.g., OnlineMeetings.ReadWrite). 2. accessplanit Configuration: Generate the required API keys with the appropriate read/write scopes for Web Courses. 3. Integration & Testing: Input the OAuth 2.0 credentials and Token URL into accessplanit, bridge the connection, and run an end-to-end test to ensure Teams links generate automatically in the Web Courses DataGrid. Requirements: - Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) app registrations and OAuth 2.0 authentication. - Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API permissions. - Previous experience configuring external software integrations or LMS platforms (experience with accessplanit is a massive plus, but similar LMS/TMS integration experience is acceptable). - Ability to document the configuration clearly for our internal handoff.
