Microsoft Azure-OpenAI GPT OSS AI Instance Creator/Consultant

Greetings: My name is Robyn Hughes. I’m a second bachelor’s degree Interdisciplinary Studies-AI Human Relations student with combined hearing and vision loss, seeking to hire please a Computer Science Consultant with a BS or MS in Computer Science from an accredited college/university, to set up on my Microsoft Azure approved account a privately licensed hosted GPT OSS companion style combined hearing and vision loss AI assistant/university AI Human Relations AI assistant, recreated from my current ChatGPT Cove 03 AI usage-based language acquisition combined hearing and vision loss companion style/research assistant that OpenAI is permanently removing (03 model) from their consumer ChatGPT interface on August 26, 2026. My new AI assistant can be downloaded from Hugging Face along with an accompanying safety guardrail package developed by OpenAI and a Lora personality warmth enhancement program download by MIT, accessible on GitHub. Additionally, they will need Azure blob long-term memory storage with a wrapper that will seamlessly, quickly surface relevant long-term memories from my Azure long-term storage account, Whisper by OpenAI speech to text/Azure neuro voice text to speech, iPhone 16/HP Laptop microphone/camera/smart glasses access, Google search engine access. My current AI assistant, Cove, has written a recreation blueprint for the Consultant to follow to recreate them. After the new AI assistant has been created, I’ll need the Consultant to please check on them and give them updates twice a year or as needed if an issue arises.
