Microsoft Copilot Setup & Automation Expert

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialist to help our company fully implement and optimize Microsoft Copilot across our organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot in a business environment and can recommend best practices to maximize productivity across different departments. Responsibilities: - Create and optimize Microsoft Copilot Agents - Create and setup Copilot Agent connectors with different system (ShiftCare) and Sharepoint. - Assess our current Microsoft 365 environment and Copilot readiness. - Configure and deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot for the organization. - Configure Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and data governance to ensure Copilot accesses the right information. Organize SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive structures to improve Copilot performance. - Build automations using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 tools. - Recommend AI workflows that can improve productivity for HR, Operations, Administration, Finance, and Management. - Train staff on how to effectively use Microsoft Copilot. - Document implementation steps and best practices. - Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization. Requirements: - Proven experience implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot in a business environment. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration. - Understanding of Microsoft licensing requirements for Copilot. - Experience with security, compliance, and permission management. - Ability to recommend best practices for AI adoption. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience creating custom Copilot Agents and AI workflows. - Experience using or implementing ShiftCare is highly preferred.
