Microsoft Copilot Studio + Power Automate Freelancer Needed

I am looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio + Power Automate freelancer to help me build a practical Personal AI Chief of Staff / Control Tower. I am looking for a hands-on builder, not someone to train me on how to use Copilot Studio. I will explain what I want the solution to achieve, and I need you to translate that into the appropriate technical design, build it, test it, and hand over a working solution. Phase 1: Personal AI Chief of Staff / Control Tower The first project is a working prototype that helps me manage my workload more effectively. I want the solution to support areas such as: Capture and organize projects, actions and priorities Help identify what requires my attention Distinguish what I should DO, DIRECT, DELEGATE, REVIEW, DECIDE, DEFER or DROP Track deadlines, follow-ups, waiting items and overdue actions Support daily and weekly planning Help prevent important actions from being lost across multiple projects Give me a clear view of what matters most rather than simply creating a larger task list The objective is a simple and practical Control Tower, not an unnecessarily complex enterprise system. What I Need From You You should be able to: Understand my requirements through a short discussion Recommend the simplest suitable architecture Build the agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio Create the necessary Power Automate flows Configure the agent instructions, actions and workflows Test the end-to-end solution Make reasonable corrections following testing Provide a simple handover so I understand how to operate and maintain it Experience integrating Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Power Apps or Dataverse is valuable, although not all integrations will be required in Phase 1. Important I do not want to tell you which technical components to build. I should be able to explain: “This is what I need the solution to achieve.” You should be able to determine: “This is the simplest and best way to build it.” I value practical solutions and do not want unnecessary technical complexity. Project Approach This is a Phase 1 prototype with an estimated budget of around $300. Additional integrations, agents and enhancements will be scoped separately after successful completion of Phase 1. If the first project goes well, I am interested in continuing with the same freelancer for additional Copilot Studio and Power Automate solutions.
