Microsoft Dynamics Specialist – Ongoing Support, Maintenance & Customisation We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics specialist to provide ongoing support and maintenance for one of our clients who has recently transitioned from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics. The migration from Salesforce has already been completed, so this role is not focused on the migration itself. We’re looking for someone who can help the client settle into their new Dynamics environment, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, customisation, and integration assistance as required. Initial Scope We expect to start with approximately 10–15 hours of work, with the potential for ongoing support depending on requirements. Responsibilities may include: Reviewing and understanding the existing Microsoft Dynamics setup Providing post-migration support and troubleshooting Resolving configuration and functionality issues Making minor customisations and improvements Supporting workflows, automations, forms, fields, and business processes Assisting with third-party integrations and APIs where required Identifying opportunities to improve or streamline the Dynamics environment Providing ongoing maintenance and technical support Advising on Microsoft Dynamics best practices What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365 Experience supporting existing Dynamics environments Experience with Dynamics customisation and configuration Experience troubleshooting integrations and workflows Understanding of APIs and third-party integrations Salesforce experience would be beneficial, particularly when working with environments that have recently migrated from Salesforce Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly Availability for ongoing/ad-hoc support would be preferred Engagement Initial commitment: 10–15 hours Potential: Ongoing maintenance and support When applying, please briefly tell us about your experience with Microsoft Dynamics, particularly projects involving post-migration support, maintenance, customisation, or integrations.
