Microsoft Lists + Power Automate Workflow Specialist — Simple Law Firm Case Tracker

Seeking a Microsoft Lists + Power Automate Workflow Specialist — to build a SIMPLE Law Firm Case Tracker. I am specifically looking for someone who can keep this solution simple. I do not want a custom Power App, Power BI implementation, Dataverse system, or replacement case-management system at this stage. I am the owner of a consumer bankruptcy law firm and am looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist to build a simple internal case-production tracking system using Microsoft Lists and Power Automate. This is not a request to build a full case-management system or client portal. The goal is to give me a simple dashboard that answers four questions about every pre-filing bankruptcy matter: 1. Where is the case? 2. Who has the next action? 3. Who on staff is responsible for making sure it moves? 4. How long has it been in its current stage? The full specifications will be provided to the successful candidate. I anticipate the project should take a maximum of 12 hours. Important Design Principle I do not want to create another system that staff must constantly maintain manually. The Microsoft List should function primarily as a visibility and handoff dashboard, while Power Automate handles predictable status changes wherever possible.
