# Microsoft Power Platform Developer – Quarterly Financial Reporting System We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform developer to build a turnkey quarterly financial reporting system for approximately 53 franchise schools. The solution must use the organization’s existing Microsoft environment: Power Apps, SharePoint/Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Entra ID. Franchise partners will access the application using their existing organizational Microsoft accounts, with permissions restricting each user to their assigned school or schools. The system must support: - Quarterly reporting periods managed by Head Office. - Entry of approximately 10–12 core financial fields and a small set of operational KPIs. - Save-as-draft, validation, submission, locking, review, correction/reopening, and approval workflows. - School-level access control through the existing Microsoft tenant. - Head Office views for submission status, finance review, exceptions, and period management. - Automated reminders and status notifications through Power Automate. - Audit information, including submission status, timestamps, and relevant user actions. - Validated CSV export formatted for import into Sage Intacct. - Power BI reporting using the approved and available data. - Configuration and deployment within the organization’s Microsoft environment. An existing visual prototype will be provided as a functional reference only. It is not a mandatory visual specification, and dashboard elements should be adapted to what is practical within Power Apps and Power BI. A direct Sage Intacct API integration, separate authentication system, large-scale historical data migration, training, and organizational rollout activities are outside the requested scope. Please submit a concise proposal containing: 1. Your indicative turnkey fixed-price estimate or price range. 2. Estimated implementation timeline. 3. Confirmation that you can deliver using the specified Microsoft stack. 4. Key assumptions, exclusions, and client dependencies. 5. Expected Microsoft licensing or other recurring costs. 6. Examples of comparable Power Platform projects. 7. Any essential questions required to refine the estimate. We are not requesting a separate paid discovery engagement before receiving an initial estimate. Reasonable written questions or a short clarification call are welcome. A final fixed price may be confirmed after the selected provider’s assumptions and outstanding technical details have been validated.
