Microsoft Teams / M365 Setup — Configure Workspace from Existing Diagram

We need a Microsoft 365 specialist to configure a Microsoft Teams workspace for our company from an existing one-page architecture diagram. This is configuration only — no coding or custom development. The diagram (shared with shortlisted freelancers) specifies the full structure: 4 Teams, each with its own channels and standard tabs. The four Teams are Executive Office, Institution Building, Investment Platform, and Research Center. Scope of work: • Create the 4 Teams and all channels exactly per the diagram • Set specified channels as private, since some hold sensitive financial material • Set up the Files/SharePoint folder structure and pin standard tabs in each channel • Create starter Planner boards where indicated • Provide a short handoff walkthrough (recorded video or live call) so we can manage it going forward In your proposal, please include: Your fixed price and estimated hours Whether you build inside our tenant or guide us via screen share — we prefer scoped/temporary access over standing admin credentials Examples of similar Teams/M365 setups, especially with private channels and Planner Ready to start quickly with the right person.
