Microsoft Word Form Automation for Risk Profile

We need a Microsoft Word expert to automate an existing investment risk profile questionnaire. The document already includes 7 multiple-choice questions, predefined answer scores, an existing calculation formula, and 5 investment profile categories. The work is limited to implementing the calculation logic within the Word document: assigning the correct score for each selected answer, calculating intermediate and final scores using our existing formula, and automatically displaying the corresponding investment profile. Ideally, the correct profile checkbox should be selected automatically. We do not need help with questionnaire design, wording, scoring methodology, or risk model. Please share examples of similar Word form automation projects and explain your approach, including whether you would use Word fields, content controls, VBA, or another method.
