Mid-Level Software Developer (C# / .NET) Fully Remote | Full-Time We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Developer to join a growing development team focused on building and maintaining high-quality business applications. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable software solutions using Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework. • Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements and implement effective technical solutions. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established best practices. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues across multiple environments. • Design, optimize, and maintain SQL databases, queries, and related data structures. • Utilize Git for source control, collaboration, and code reviews. • Identify opportunities to improve application performance and system reliability. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation as needed. • Participate in Agile development activities, including planning sessions and regular team updates. • Stay current with emerging technologies and development best practices. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience. • 2–6 years of professional software development experience. • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and SQL. • Experience debugging, maintaining, and improving software applications. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Entity Framework. • Familiarity with Vue.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks. • Experience working in Agile development environments.
