✨ Hiring: Mid-Senior UX Designer – Full-Time 💼 Experience Level: Mid-Senior 🕒 Working Hours: 1 PM – 10 PM IST 🗓️ Schedule: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week 💰 Compensation: ₹50,000 per month 📍 Location: Remote / India --- ### About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to help shape the user experience of our products. The ideal candidate has strong skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. --- ### Key Responsibilities * Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into actionable UX decisions * Create user journeys, wireframes, storyboards, and low/high-fidelity prototypes * Work closely with product managers and developers to refine user flows * Ensure intuitive, consistent, and accessible user experiences across the platform * Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and product goals * Apply UX best practices to create scalable design solutions * Collaborate with UI developers to ensure visual and functional alignment --- ### Required Skills & Experience * 3–6 years of professional UX design experience * Strong understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and design thinking * Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or similar tools * Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and usability test plans * Ability to translate complex requirements into clear and simple workflows * Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design * Solid communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions --- ### Nice-to-Have * Experience designing dashboards or SaaS products * Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) * Familiarity with front-end technologies (React/Tailwind) to collaborate effectively * Experience with A/B testing or analytics tools --- ### Why Work With Us * Lead UX for innovative, high-impact product experiences * Work with a collaborative and fast-moving product team * Long-term stable engagement * Competitive monthly compensation * 100% remote role with consistent working hours
