Summary

Description: We need an experienced email migration specialist to move 13 mailboxes from Rackspace Hosted Email to Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online). Scope of work: Pre-migration audit of current Rackspace mailboxes (sizes, aliases, distribution lists, shared mailboxes) Provision/verify users and licenses in the M365 tenant Migrate all mail, folders Configure DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, autodiscover) with minimal downtime Set up Outlook profiles on desktop and mobile for all users (or provide clear end-user instructions) Delta sync after cutover to catch any mail delivered during the transition Post-migration validation and a short handoff summary Environment: Source: Rackspace Hosted Email — 13 mailboxes, approx. Destination: Microsoft 365 Requirements: Proven Rackspace → M365 migration experience (please describe 2–3 similar projects) Familiar with migration tooling such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, SkyKick, or similar Available to perform cutover outside business hours (evening or weekend)
