Migrate Small Full-Stack App (FastAPI/React) to AWS

I need a senior cloud/DevOps engineer to handle a fast, straightforward migration of a full-stack web application over to a brand new AWS account.This is a dynamic web application with a very small, active user base of only 45 users.
