Migration Current Tech Stack- .Net 7 to .Net 10 and Yamarin to .NET MAUI

Phase 0 – Foundation: Move existing Fossil history to GitHub, stand up a staging environment with its own database, rotate any secrets found in config files, set up basic CI. Phase 1 – Backend & Web to .NET 10 LTS: Upgrade MustDWebApp, MustDService, MustDEx, MustDReports, MCScrape, and MustDMonitor off their dead runtimes (.NET 7 / .NET Core 3.1) onto .NET 10. Swap the legacy SQL client library, refresh Stripe/Twilio/MailKit/etc. to current versions, and regression-test all 40 controllers plus auth, payments, and messaging. Phase 2 – Mobile: Xamarin.Forms to .NET MAUI: Use Microsoft's Upgrade Assistant as a starting point, then manually replace several Xamarin-only plugins that don't survive the migration (media playback, geolocation, maps, community toolkit, Firebase messaging) with MAUI-native equivalents. Rebuild both platform heads, retest all 62 screens on real devices, re-provision push credentials. Phase 3 – QA, security review, store resubmission: Full regression pass, security review of secrets/auth/SQL handling, then submit to the App Store and Google Play. Phase 4 – Cutover: Staged rollout with monitoring and a rollback path.
