Mindbody Setup & Virtual Assistant Specialist for Health & Wellness Businesses.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Mindbody Setup & Virtual Assistant Specialist to support the setup, management, and day-to-day operations of our health and wellness business. You will assist with Mindbody account setup, client and staff management, appointment scheduling, services, memberships, packages, and basic reporting. You may also provide administrative and virtual assistant support, including data entry, customer communication, calendar management, email support, and general operational tasks. Experience with Mindbody and health, wellness, fitness, beauty, or spa businesses is preferred. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and able to manage tasks efficiently while providing excellent administrative support.
