Mixing & Mastering Engineer for Full Live Concert Multi-Track (16 Channels, 30 Songs)

Job Description: We are a band based in Turkey and recently recorded a full live concert. We are looking for an experienced mix & master engineer to process our 16-channel multitrack recording and deliver a cohesive, energy-packed live album. Project Details: Total Duration: Approx. 2.5 hours (30 songs in total). Track Count (16 channels): Full drum kit, bass, 2 electric guitars, 1 keyboard, and 3 vocal mics. Format: RAW audio stems, all consolidated and aligned from timecode 00:00:00. Workflow & Strategy: Because this is a continuous live performance, all instrument and vocal settings remain consistent throughout the show. Therefore, we are looking for a Template / Batch Mix approach: Mix and dial in the main tone/template on 2–3 representative tracks (1 upbeat track + 1 ballad/dynamic track) for our review and approval. Apply the approved mix template across the remaining tracks, making subtle track-specific adjustments/automations where necessary. Perform final mastering targeting digital streaming standards (-14 LUFS). Attached: A quick mixdown of the concert recording for reference (3 songs at the end excluded and exported at mid quality to keep the file size less than 100 MB)
