Summary

MMAAH Heilbronn Opening – Photo & Video Context & Objective MMAAH is opening its newest store in Heilbronn. Across two days, we want to document both the influencer soft opening and the public opening through photography and video. The content should do more than document what happened. It should communicate what an MMAAH opening feels like: lively, social, energetic, contemporary and fun. People and food should be at the heart of the content. We want to see people discovering the food, sharing it, eating together and genuinely enjoying themselves. The store, music, DJ and entertainment create the environment around those moments. The freelancer should actively look for authentic interactions rather than relying mainly on posed content. Schedule Store Ready for photography 26th Aug 2-3PM 26 August – Soft Opening / Influencer Event Event: 17:00–22:00 Approximately 20 influencers + their guests will attend. Before guests arrive, please allow time to capture the empty, fully prepared store. 27 August – Public Opening Event: 16:00–22:00 The opening includes our First 100 Meals Free activation, which is expected to generate a queue before opening. 1. Store Documentation Before guests enter on 26 August, capture approximately 5–6 clean landscape photos of the finished store. This is primarily documentation rather than stylised architectural photography. Please cover: • Exterior/storefront • Main interior and overall layout • Seating areas • Kitchen / food preparation area • Outdoor seating area, where applicable • Key MMAAH branding and visual elements The store should ideally be completely ready, clean and untouched when these are taken. 2. Soft Opening – Influencer Event The objective is to capture the energy and atmosphere of the event, combining wider establishing shots with close, human moments. People + Food This is the most important focus. Look particularly for: • Full tables and groups eating together • Food being shared across the table • First bites and genuine reactions • Smiles, laughter and conversations • People picking up, dipping, sharing and interacting with food • Close-ups where both the person and the food remain important • Visually strong food moments: full trays, dishes arriving, food being served and hands reaching into shared dishes • Staff interacting naturally with guests and serving food • MMAAH branding appearing naturally within the environment Avoid making the coverage feel like a sequence of posed influencer shots. We want real social moments and spontaneous reactions. Overall Atmosphere Capture both the scale of the event and smaller moments happening within it: • Wide shots showing a busy and lively store • Groups interacting • Spin-the-wheel/game moments • Entertainment and spontaneous moments • Movement through the store • Details that communicate energy and activity Think less about simply documenting every element and more about finding moments that make someone watching the content think: “I wish I had been there.” Music & DJ Music is an important part of the MMAAH event atmosphere. Please deliberately capture: • DJ performing • Guests reacting/moving to the music • DJ equipment and hands/details • Wider shots connecting the DJ, music and crowd • Any particularly energetic music-related moments The DJ should feel like an intentional part of the experience rather than simply appearing in the background. Quick Influencer Reactions Where possible, approach influencers informally during the event for very short, spontaneous reactions. These should not feel like formal interviews. The goal is authentic, unscripted soundbites such as reactions to: • The food • Their favourite dish • Their first impression of MMAAH • The event/atmosphere Short, energetic answers are preferable to long interviews. 3. Public Opening The same overall visual principles from the soft opening apply: food, people, atmosphere, interaction and energy. However, guests are members of the general public rather than invited influencers, so filming individuals should be handled more sensitively. Prioritise wider atmosphere shots and clearly comfortable/consenting participants for closer individual moments. First 100 Meals Free / Queue This is one of the most important moments of the entire opening. We expect a significant queue outside the store and need to clearly document it through both photography and video. Capture: • Wide shots showing the scale and length of the queue • Vertical video clearly showing the queue for Instagram Stories/Reels • People waiting and interacting • Storefront + queue together wherever possible • Opening moment / first guests entering • Busy counter and ordering moments • Food being handed to the first customers • Transition from the queue outside to a busy store inside The scale should be immediately understandable when looking at the footage. Deliverables Photography Store • Approx. 5–6 final landscape images • Clean documentation of the finished store Events • Selection covering both days • Instagram feed-compatible formats • Vertical 9:16 images where compositions allow • Mix of wide atmosphere, people, food and detail shots Short Event Video Max. 15 seconds • Vertical 9:16 • Fast, dynamic social-first edit • Strong opening hook • Food, people, music and event energy • Designed primarily for Instagram Reels The objective is not to explain the event but to make the viewer feel its energy immediately. Full Event Recap Approx. 30–40 seconds • Vertical 9:16 • Covers both the influencer soft opening and public opening • Should tell the story from preparation/arrival → event → food → music → public opening/queue → busy store • Dynamic pacing while allowing selected moments and reactions to breathe • Strong emphasis on food, people and atmosphere Additional Micro-Content Where strong spontaneous moments occur, please capture and deliver short individual vertical clips that can work independently for Stories/Reels—for example: • Great food reactions • Funny interactions • Spin-the-wheel moments • DJ/music moments • First customers entering • Food being served • Strong crowd/queue moments • Short influencer reactions Overall Creative Direction The final content should feel social-first rather than corporate, authentic rather than staged, and energetic rather than overly polished. MMAAH should come across as a brand that brings people together around Korean food, music and shared experiences. Food remains the hero, but the people and atmosphere around it are what give the content its energy. The strongest footage will combine all three: Great food + genuine human interaction + visible event energy.
