The app helps travelers quickly find everyday essentials in unfamiliar places, including restaurants, restrooms, ATMs, transportation, coffee, shopping, weather, and activities. The app is live, but user engagement and repeat usage are lower than expected. I need someone to identify why users may not be engaging, where they are dropping off, and what changes would improve activation, retention, and the overall user experience.
