Mobile App Developer Needed: Reliable In-App Browser for Retail Websites

I’m exploring a mobile shopping app for iPhone and Android. We would not be selling products ourselves. The app would include a built-in browser where users can type in or visit normal retail websites, just as they would in Safari or Chrome, while our app adds extra features around the shopping experience. Before moving forward, I want to know whether this is realistically possible at a high level of reliability. Users would need to be able to: visit almost any retail website log into their existing accounts and stay logged in search, filter and browse normally keep cookies, carts and sessions between visits open redirects, pop-ups and new tabs complete checkout directly on the retailer’s website make payments using the retailer’s normal payment options navigate back and forward without losing their place get fast loading and smooth scrolling close to Safari or Chrome This needs to work across many major retail websites, not just one or two custom integrations. I’m looking for developers with strong experience in WKWebView, Android WebView, Chromium or similar in-app browser systems. Is this realistically possible, how close could it get to normal Safari/Chrome behaviour, and what would be the biggest technical limitations?
