3D Modeler and Renderer

We are seeking a talented, reliable, and responsive 3D modeler and renderer to support ongoing projects with fast turnaround times. Work includes retail fixtures, commercial interiors, exterior environments, and occasional personal design projects. Deliverables may include 3D models, multiple design options, realistic interior and exterior renderings, fixture renderings from different perspectives, walkthrough animations, and 360-degree animations for internal presentations. We may provide existing models or require new models developed from AI-generated images, PDFs, dimensions, sketches, and other reference materials. Strong communication, responsiveness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently are essential.
