3D Modeling Studio - PC / Setup Components

We are seeking an experienced 3D modeling studio to serve as a backup/standby production partner for creating detailed and accurate 3D visualizations of PC components and related products, including Cases, Fans, GPUs, Motherboards, Monitors, Desks, and other hardware categories. The ideal team will have a strong portfolio in 3D design and modeling, with demonstrated experience producing realistic, highly detailed, and dimensionally accurate models. A high level of precision and attention to detail is required, as all models must closely follow the references, dimensions, and technical specifications we provide. As a standby studio, we would first like to vet your team's ability to follow our modeling specifications and QA requirements. We will provide a test component to be modeled according to our internal specifications. Based on the quality, accuracy, communication, and ability to follow directions, there is an opportunity to bring the studio on as one of our primary modeling teams as we continue to scale. Our typical budget is around $100 USD per component, although pricing may vary depending on the complexity and category of the part. Our production workflow is milestone-based: We typically assign a milestone consisting of approximately 10 unique components per week. Your team models and submits the assigned components according to our specifications and references. Our internal QA team reviews each submission and provides any necessary revision feedback. Once the components within the milestone pass QA, they are approved and pushed forward for invoicing/payment. We are looking for a studio that can reliably maintain this weekly milestone cadence of approximately 10 completed and QA-approved components per week.
