Summary

Need an expert to refine a small serpent dragon image. Remove the red vein and blend the area to black. Remove the horns and all whiskers, then create two new whiskers starting from the nose and aligned with the smaller horns currently are. Close the mouth and adjust the body line to be horizontal as marked in yellow, keeping it wavy. Extend the total length to where the yellow ends, tapering the body thinner nearing the tail end, and improve the tail tip to a nicer look.
