Modify Existing Plat of Survey for Above-Ground Pool Permit (NEC 680.26 & Site Plan)

I need a draftsman/CAD technician to modify an existing residential plat of survey for a building permit for an 18-foot above-ground swimming pool. Specifically need to remediate the list as provided below and make my own markups look professional.
