Monday.com Expert Needed for Workflow Setup & Optimization

We are looking for an experienced Monday.com expert to help us organize, restructure, and optimize our Monday.com workspace. What You’ll Do: 1.Review our existing Monday.com boards and workspace structure Restructure boards, groups, columns, and workflows 2.Create clear and consistent status labels Set up dashboards for better visibility and reporting 3.Configure automations to reduce repetitive manual work Improve task assignment, tracking, and team collaboration 4.Create a clean and easy-to-use workflow for our team Recommend improvements where necessary Requirements; 1.Proven experience building and optimizing Monday.com workspaces 2.Strong understanding of boards, dashboards, automations, forms, and workflows 3.Ability to create clean, scalable systems 4.Good communication and attention to detail Experience working with businesses and operation We are looking for someone who can do more than just set up boards we need someone who can understand our workflow and build a system that actually improves how our team operates.
