Monday.com Implementation Consultant We are a small professional association rolling out Monday.com as our first organization-wide project management tool. We are looking for an experienced Monday.com consultant who can support us on a temporary, as-needed basis as we move from setup into broader staff adoption. We anticipate needing help with: * Leading practical training sessions for staff and power users * Holding virtual office hours to answer questions and troubleshoot issues * Advising on board, workspace, and cross-functional project structure * Helping us create useful dashboards and reporting for leadership * Building or recommending automations and workflows that reduce manual work * Reviewing our setup and recommending improvements or best practices * Helping us establish simple, consistent standards so teams use Monday.com in similar ways We are especially interested in someone who can help us balance useful organizational visibility with keeping the system simple for staff. Our goals include improving cross-functional collaboration, understanding organizational capacity, and giving leadership better information to prioritize, shift, or stop work. This would be a short-term, flexible engagement with work occurring as needs arise during implementation. Experience supporting organizations that are new to formal project management tools is strongly preferred.
