We are hiring an experienced Mortgage Protection Insurance Appointment Setter to join our life insurance sales team. You will be calling inbound Mortgage Protection Insurance leads from homeowners who previously requested information about coverage designed to help protect their mortgage and family. These are aged inbound leads — NOT random cold calling. Your primary responsibility is to reconnect with these homeowners, generate interest, qualify them, and book appointments with our licensed Mortgage Protection Insurance agents. Compensation $300/month base salary + commission on every policy sold from your appointments Income Opportunity: $3,000–$5,000+ per month There is significant upside for setters who consistently generate qualified appointments that turn into issued policies. Responsibilities Call aged inbound Mortgage Protection Insurance leads Speak with homeowners who previously requested coverage information Follow our proven Mortgage Protection calling script Re-engage prospects and overcome initial objections Qualify interested homeowners Book appointments directly onto our agents' calendars Follow up with leads who don't immediately book Maintain accurate notes and activity inside our CRM Consistently hit daily call and appointment targets Ideal Candidate We strongly prefer candidates with experience in: Mortgage Protection Insurance • Life Insurance • Final Expense • Insurance Appointment Setting • Insurance Lead Generation You should also: Speak fluent, professional English Be confident speaking with U.S. homeowners Have strong phone sales and objection-handling skills Be comfortable with high-volume dialing Understand how to work and nurture aged leads Be persistent without being overly aggressive Be highly motivated by commission and performance Previous U.S. life insurance appointment-setting experience is a major advantage.
