Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Mortgage Sales Assistant / Loan Processor to support our loan originations team. This role involves the following : • Review incoming loan applications (1003s) for accuracy, completeness, and initial guidelines compliance. • Collect, organize, and verify borrower documentation (tax returns, bank statements, entity docs, W-2s, title work, and property appraisals). • Submit complete, clear loan packages to Underwriting and track conditions through final clearance (Clear to Close). • Order and track third-party reports including appraisals, title searches, flood certifications, and insurance policies.
