Motion Designer + Video Editor for Sizzle Reel

We’re looking for a highly experienced motion designer/video editor to create a punchy, exciting ~90-second product launch sizzle reel for a new technology product. We already have an existing video/concept to use as a creative starting point, along with static product wireframes and brand assets, but we want someone to start fresh and elevate the execution significantly. This is not simply an animation-production job. We need someone with a strong creative eye who understands pacing, music selection, timing, transitions, visual storytelling, and how to make static product UI feel dynamic and exciting. Scope ● Create a product launch/sizzle video ● Animate static product wireframes/UI screens into polished motion graphics ● Select/recommend music that works with the launch energy and edit tightly to the beat ● Build strong pacing, transitions, typography, and visual hierarchy ● Deliver versions/sizes appropriate for YouTube and social media ● Create a small set of static social graphics using the same launch creative direction ● Work from our existing concept while bringing a stronger creative approach to the final product Timeline This is a FAST project. Final video must be completed within approximately one week of kickoff, including time for feedback and revisions. We’re looking for someone who: ● Has a strong portfolio of product launch videos, SaaS/tech motion graphics, UI animation, or sizzle reels ● Is excellent at timing and pacing, not just After Effects execution ● Knows how to choose music and build motion around it ● Can turn static wireframes/screens into compelling product animations ● Can take creative ownership rather than requiring frame-by-frame direction ● Can move quickly and communicate consistently ● Has experience creating both motion and static social assets When applying, please send 2–3 examples that are MOST similar to this project, especially product launch videos or videos involving UI/product animation.
