2D Motion Designer for Salsa Dance App (Long-term / 50+ instructional animations)

About the Project: I am developing a mobile app for learning Cuban-style Salsa (Casino). I need a series of clean, minimalist 2D animated video loops to visually explain dance figures (footwork trajectories, leader/follower dynamics, and timing). Scope of Work: Initial milestone: Create 1 test animation (the basic "Dile que no" figure) to align on style and quality. Full project: Roll out approximately 50 standard Salsa Casino figures over time. Duration: Each figure animation will be approximately 10 to 20 seconds long. How It Will Work (No Dancing Skills Required!): You do not need to be a professional dancer or know the figures beforehand. For each figure, I will provide: The exact name of the move (e.g., Enchufla, Sombrero, Setenta). A short reference video link from YouTube (showing the standard execution). Your job is to trace, interpret, and recreate the footwork movement into clean, top-down 2D vector animations based strictly on the reference video provided. Style & Requirements: Minimalist 2D vector style (educational infographic / top-down perspective). Distinct visual roles: Leader (blue markers) and Follower (red markers) moving on a clean grid or plain background. Smooth, loopable, and easy-to-follow educational motion.
