3D Motion Designer for Skincare Brand

We’re seeking a talented 3D motion designer/product animator to craft high-impact product animations for a fast-growing DTC men’s skincare and grooming brand. This role involves creating dynamic product reveals, ingredient animations, textures, liquids, lighting, camera movement, transitions, packaging animations, and short-form social content. The focus is on making skincare and grooming products visually appealing and impossible to scroll past on social media. What You’ll Create 3D product animations and renders 5–30 second social ads and product videos Product spins, reveals and transitions Skincare textures, creams, liquids, particles and ingredient effects Product + typography motion TikTok, Instagram Reels and Meta ad creative Website and product-launch animations Multiple variations from existing 3D assets and concepts What We’re Looking For Strong 3D motion design and product animation skills Experience with current professional 3D, rendering and motion software Strong skills in tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Unreal Engine, Redshift, Octane, After Effects or comparable platforms Experience using the latest AI-assisted creative and animation tools is a major plus Experience creating content for DTC skincare, beauty, grooming, cosmetics or consumer products Excellent understanding of product lighting, materials, textures and realistic packaging Ability to make physical products look premium, tactile and desirable Strong sense of pacing, composition and scroll-stopping social creative Fast turnaround and excellent communication Able to take direction without needing every frame micromanaged IMPORTANT: Show Us Relevant Work Please send 3–5 examples of your BEST product animation work.
