Motion Designer for Social Casino & iGaming Creatives - Full-Time Remote

JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a skilled Motion Designer for a long-term, full-time remote role producing vertical 9:16 video creatives for social casino and iGaming campaigns. PROJECT We operate a high-volume production pipeline for vertical slot and mobile-game creatives used across TikTok, Instagram Reels and Meta. We work with established master frames, briefs and templates. Your role is to reproduce and adapt approved creative masters quickly and accurately, maintaining a high quality standard with no errors in gameplay logic, balance flow, UI or text. RESPONSIBILITIES - Build vertical 9:16 video creatives using master frames and AI-generated backgrounds/scenes with Seedance, Kling, Veo or similar tools. - Follow a four-part creative structure, build spin chains and maintain correct slot mechanics and balance flow. - Composite the controlled UI layer: HUD, counters, text, disclaimers and age labels using After Effects, Figma and/or ffmpeg. - Do not generate game UI through video models: UI/HUD must remain controlled, accurate and consistent. - Produce fast GEO adaptations: language, offer, palette, sound and voice-over, using templates and presets. - Perform frame-by-frame QA: seams, visual artifacts, balance tracking, gameplay logic and readability without sound. - Layer SFX, music and voice-over appropriate to each market and creative direction. - Deliver final exports and clean, organised editable source files when required. EXPECTED OUTPUT Adaptations: typically 10–20+ creatives per day. Original concepts: typically 1–3 creatives per day. There is no rigid unit quota; output depends on task type and production complexity. REQUIREMENTS - Portfolio demonstrating gameplay/UI compositing: slots, HUD, mobile games, game interfaces or performance creatives. - Examples of multiple variations produced from one master concept. - Strong After Effects and Figma skills; Premiere Pro and ffmpeg are a plus. - Strong understanding of slot mechanics: reels, bets, payouts, bonuses, counters and balance flow, with no logical inconsistencies. - Experience with image/video AI workflows: I2V, master references and clean, repeatable prompting. - Fast and structured workflow using templates, presets, expressions, batch rendering and automation. - Basic sound judgment and responsibility for your own QA. - Full-time availability and ability to work independently in an asynchronous remote environment. WORKING TERMS - Full-time, remote, long-term independent contractor collaboration. - Mostly asynchronous work based on briefs, master frames and templates. - Fixed monthly compensation, independent of raw unit count. - Compensation is discussed individually based on relevant experience and portfolio quality. - Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid test assignment: up to 24 hours to create several variations from an approved master. - Successful candidates move into the production pipeline, followed by QA review and acceptance.
