Motion Designer needed to help on agency projects

Responsibilities: – Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize and create captivating motion design solutions that align with client objectives. – Develop visually stunning and engaging motion graphics, animations, and videos for a wide range of projects, from brand films to logo animations, social media content, advertisements, and more. – Utilize your expertise in motion design principles, storytelling, timing, and visual effects to bring static designs and concepts to life through motion. – Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and motion design techniques to ensure our work is innovative and on the cutting edge. – Collaborate with other team members, including designers, copywriters, marketers, and developers. – Maintain brand consistency and adhere to established brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to each motion design project. – Present motion design concepts and ideas to clients, articulating the rationale behind design decisions and incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs. Requirements: – Proficiency in industry-standard motion design and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar software. – Solid understanding of motion design principles, storytelling, timing, and visual effects, with a keen eye for detail. – Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate motion design concepts and collaborate with team members and clients. – The ability to take feedback constructively and incorporate it into motion design iterations. – Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. – A passion for motion design, animation, and visual storytelling, with a curiosity for exploring new techniques, trends, and emerging technologies.
