Motion Graphics Animator Needed for Balloon Map Animation

We’re looking for a motion graphics animator to create a short balloon animation over an existing illustrated map for a commercial video project. The map artwork is already being created and will be provided. No map design or illustration is needed. We only need the balloon animation. The animation will be approximately 5 seconds and will show branded blue balloons appearing and/or traveling across different areas of the map to visually represent multiple locations throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas. We’re looking for animation that feels clean, polished, smooth, and appropriate for a professional healthcare commercial. The balloons should have some natural movement and personality without feeling overly cartoonish. We will provide: Final illustrated map/background Balloon artwork/reference Reference animation showing the general concept and movement Direction for where balloons should appear Timing and creative notes Deliverable: Approximately 5-second animation 4K resolution Final rendered file for use in our commercial After Effects project/source file Please include examples of similar 2D motion graphics, object animation, or After Effects work in your proposal. For Reference: map-sample will be similar to where the balloons fly from and to balloon-sample is what we are looking for you to create and animate.
