Multi-Entity Bookkeeping Cleanup for U.S. LLCs

Summary

I need an experienced bookkeeper to organize and reconstruct several years of records for multiple U.S. LLCs so they are ready for my CPA. Work includes: Organizing bank and credit-card statements Categorizing and reconciling transactions Recording intercompany transfers, owner contributions, debts, and SBA EIDL loans Preparing yearly P&Ls, Balance Sheets, and General Ledgers Identifying missing records Creating a clean CPA-ready package Must have experience with U.S. LLCs, multi-year cleanup, and QuickBooks. You may be located outside the U.S., but must have strong experience working with U.S. businesses and CPAs.
