Multifamily Site Plan, Full Construction Plans & Rendering – Tucson, AZ

I’m looking for an experienced architectural designer, architect, or drafting team for a small multifamily infill project in Tucson, Arizona. I own two adjacent lots. One lot has an existing duplex, and I’m considering building a duplex, triplex, or quadplex on the adjacent lot depending on what fits best. I need help reviewing the lot dimensions and creating a practical layout that includes building footprint options, efficient unit layouts, parking and circulation, walkways, common areas, landscaping ideas, and 3D renderings or visualization. The goal is to find the best layout without making the site feel cramped. I would like to start with an hourly consultation or hourly Phase 1 to study the site and recommend the best direction. Once the layout is clear, I would like to move into a fixed-price agreement for the full design package and City of Tucson submittal plan set. Please send examples of similar multifamily or infill projects, your process, timeline, and whether you can help with city submittal plans. Arizona or Tucson experience is strongly preferred.
