Music Discovery & AI Curation Assistant Find Instrumentals That Spark Performance

We're looking for a Music Discovery & AI Curation Assistant with genuinely great musical taste someone who loves finding tracks that make people want to freestyle, sing, dance, or create. Our artist needs a constant supply of amazing, unheard instrumental music so he can simply press PLAY and perform. Your mission: keep that queue full of tracks that invite spontaneous expression. You'll use a mix of: AI music-generation tools, music research/discovery, properly licensed human-produced instrumentals, and most importantly your own musical judgment. Who we're looking for: Excellent musical taste you genuinely love discovering great music across many styles A sense for performance-friendly music you understand groove/pocket, leaving room for vocals, emotional build, and danceability Broad curiosity, especially hip-hop, soulful beats, funk, Afro/tribal house, organic/melodic house, electronic, cinematic/emotional, and world music Comfortable experimenting with AI music tools (you don't need to be an expert, just excited to learn) Organized and proactive you can research, organize tracks, document sources/rights, and keep a queue supplied without being chased Music production or DJ experience is a bonus, not a requirement. How it works: Qualified candidates complete a short paid trial (~2 hours) finding as many strong, unheard instrumental "Seeds" as you can (aiming around 10, including a few unexpected wildcards). The artist listens blind and reacts (skip / love / made me perform / something special), and the best curators continue from there. Rights note: Any music used must be cleared enough for the artist to perform over it and post the result on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (including monetized content). You'll need to be comfortable researching and documenting music sources and licensing. We care about taste, curiosity, and initiative far more than a polished résumé.
