Music Producer Needed for Simple Vocal-First Retro Rock/Jazz Instrumental

I am looking for a music producer to create a simple instrumental backing track for a short original character song. The song is already written, and I will provide a scratch vocal showing the melody, rhythm, structure, spoken-word introduction, and fade-out ending. STYLE AND SOUND This is a vocal-first song. Nearly all of the humor, character, and personality are in the vocal, so I do not want a dense or heavily layered arrangement. Less is more. The music should support and carry the vocal without competing with it. The sound has elements of early rock-and-roll, sock hop, jazz, blues, and a slightly strange beatnik quality. “Goin’ Down” by The Monkees is a reference for the fast, wild vocal energy, not something I want copied. I imagine the song beginning very simply, possibly with bass and a light drum rhythm. I would also like saxophone touches that become wilder near the end. I am open to the producer’s interpretation as long as the vocal remains the clear focus. The arrangement should include a simple bass-and-drum foundation with saxophone accents, so please only apply if you can produce all three elements convincingly within the project budget. SCRATCH VOCAL The scratch vocal is only a guide. It is not the final performance, and I do not need it edited, tuned, mixed, or mastered. Please use it to understand the melody, timing, structure, and overall attitude, but do not feel obligated to follow every small timing inconsistency. I will record the finished vocal after the instrumental is complete. The spoken-word introduction is part of the song. The ending contains repeated vocals that gradually fade out. FINAL DELIVERABLES I need one clean instrumental in WAV format and one MP3 listening copy. I do not need sheet music, vocal production, or a finished mix with vocals. I would also like to reuse parts of the instrumental quietly underneath promotional videos, so it should work as subtle background music on its own.
