I have never made a music video before. I built this one with Claude Cowork (Anthropic's desktop agent, running Claude Opus 5) driving Higgsfield.ai for image and video generation. I did not write the prompts. I did not design the shots. Claude did that. My job was to be the HUMAN IN THE LOOP: to give creative direction, to look at what came back, to say precisely what was wrong with it, and to choose which frames became the master frames. That method worked. All 62 master frames are finished and approved. 31 of the 62 shots are already animated. The film has a locked visual grammar, consistent characters across every shot, and documented rules for the things the model gets wrong. I now need to focus on other parts of my business, so I am hiring someone to continue in that same seat. WHAT YOU WOULD ACTUALLY BE DOING You are not being hired to make a music video with your own hands. You are being hired to be Claude's eyes, ears and hands. Claude Opus 5 will keep doing the creative and technical work - writing the prompts, submitting the generations, catching continuity breaks, keeping the project registries current. What it structurally cannot do is: - watch a video clip - hear audio - upload files to Higgsfield (its sandbox is blocked from the upload endpoint) - use CapCut - judge whether something is actually beautiful That is your half of the partnership. Concretely: 1. FINISH THE LIP SYNC. Seven singing shots, in Higgsfield Lipsync Studio. The first attempt failed, the cause has already been diagnosed, and the fix is prepared and waiting for someone to verify the audio by ear. 2. ANIMATE THE REMAINING 31 SHOTS with Claude, reviewing every clip and reporting precisely what is wrong with it. 3. OPTIONAL HERO UPGRADES on 3-4 key shots, plus a 4K upscale pass. 4. EDIT THE WHOLE THING IN CAPCUT against the song - cut on downbeats, three colour grades, titles, export. THE MINDSET I NEED - THIS IS THE ACTUAL REQUIREMENT You need to be genuinely comfortable with this: a frontier model is smarter than you at this task, and your value is in the specific things it cannot perceive. If your instinct is to take over and do it your way, you will fight the system and the film will lose its consistency. If your instinct is "Claude is doing this, my job is to tell it exactly where it went wrong," you will do well and quickly. The single highest-value skill here is PRECISE CRITICISM. Not "shot 45 looks off" BUT "the painting is removed and it reveals a small window next to a larger window." That specificity is what has fixed every problem in this project so far. I will show you examples of my own feedback at interview so you can see the standard. REQUIREMENTS - A frontier-model agent you can drive this project with. Claude Cowork on the Max plan is what this project was built in and what I would prefer. If you plan to use something else - HERMES or another MCP-compatible client connected to Higgsfield - tell me exactly what it is and show me where you have used it. What is NOT negotiable is that you can genuinely run an agent workflow like this, because it is how the entire film is made. - Demonstrable experience with Higgsfield.ai - image and video generation, Reference Elements, Lipsync Studio. - CapCut for the final edit. - Fluent English, written and spoken. - A video interview with screen sharing. You need a working webcam. I will not accept "my laptop has no camera" as a reason to skip it. I want to put a face to the person I may work with for months. - Careful, patient, detail-obsessed. This project has been won by noticing that a wolf's head was in front of a gate rail rather than behind it. PLEASE INCLUDE IN YOUR PROPOSAL 1. Samples of complete music video work you have finished - links, not descriptions. If you have not finished a music video, show me the closest equivalent that demonstrates these skills. 2. Evidence you have used Claude Cowork and Higgsfield together. Screenshots, a short screen recording, or a description specific enough that I know you have actually done it. 3. Your CapCut work - at least one edit cut to music. 4. Answer this in one paragraph: an AI model gives you a shot that is technically perfect but subtly wrong. How do you describe the problem so the model can fix it? Give me a real example from your own work. Proposals that skip these will not be read. Please start your proposal with the word WOLF so I know you read to the end. WORKING ARRANGEMENT - Day-to-day communication over Upwork messages is fine. - Periodic video calls with screen share for anything that needs discussing properly. - All generation runs on MY Higgsfield account - I will provide access and provide you the HIGGSFIELD credits. - Everything is documented. There is a handover folder with the song, the vocal stems, the lyrics, the full shot list, six reference documents covering everything learned so far, and a contact sheet linking every asset. - This is a fixed-price contract paid across milestones. The first milestone is small and exists to prove the workflow before we commit to the rest. POSSIBLE ONGOING WORK This is scoped as one project: finish this music video. But I hold an annual Higgsfield Ultra plan with a 3,000 credit monthly budget that I want used every month. If this goes well I would rather keep working with one person than re-hire repeatedly. Do this job properly and there is likely ongoing monthly work.
