$80 Mystery Shopping audit in Exam Compliance Centre - Shenzhen, China

We are looking for reliable non-native English speakers to take part in a paid mystery shopping assignment at a IELTS (international English language test) test centre. You will register and attend the IELTS test as a genuine test taker while assessing the registration, security and test-day experience. Important: You will need to pay $200 for the IELTS test upfront. We will reimburse the full test fee after you successfully complete the assignment, plus you will receive an additional $80 payment for completing the mystery shop. You must complete the entire IELTS test, including Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. Depending on the booking, the Speaking component may take place on a different day. You will also be required to complete the mystery-shopping challenges outlined in the assignment and carefully record how test-centre staff respond. As part of the assignment, you will complete multiple security and customer-experience challenges. One of these involves testing the centre's procedures around prohibited devices. For this particular challenge, you will choose one prohibited item from the options provided, such as a mobile phone, smartwatch, iPad/tablet, Bluetooth device or smart glasses, and assess whether the item is identified during the security process. Other challenges include testing the ID-check process, requesting an unscheduled break, and asking an invigilator a question relating to the test content. You must complete the challenges assigned to you and document the staff response accurately. After completing the assignment, you will submit a detailed report covering your experience, the challenges completed and your interactions with staff. The report must be factual, professional and submitted within the required deadline. Requirements: - English must not be your first language. - You must have a good level of spoken and written English. - You must be able to realistically take an IELTS test. - You must have a valid, in-date photographic passport from a country other than the UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. - If completing the assignment in the UK, you must have a valid visa or equivalent. - You must be able to pay $200 for the IELTS test upfront. - You must be available to complete all four IELTS components. - You must complete all required mystery-shopping challenges. - You must complete and submit the required report on time. $200 IELTS test fee reimbursement + $80 mystery-shopping fee = $280 total. The IELTS fee must be paid by you upfront and will be reimbursed upon successful completion of the assignment.
