The goal is to identify every qualifying company in the region. NDT companies perform inspection services like ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), magnetic particle testing (MT), liquid penetrant testing (PT), and eddy current testing (ET). NDT companies serve various industries including manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, and power generation clients. **Size criteria:** I'm only interested in companies with an estimated under 75 employees OR under $20M in annual revenue. Either condition qualifies a company for inclusion; only exclude a company if you're confident it exceeds both (e.g., 150 employees and $40M revenue would be excluded, but 90 employees and $12M revenue should still be included since it's under the revenue threshold). **What I need:** a spreadsheet (Google Sheet or Excel), one row per company, with these columns: - Company name - City / State - Website - General phone number - General contact email - LinkedIn company page URL (if found) - Owner / President / principal name - Owner's direct phone number - Owner's direct email - NDT methods/services offered - Primary end markets served - Estimated employee count range - Estimated annual revenue range - Year founded (if available) - Ownership notes (confirm independently owned, not a subsidiary/branch of a larger company) **Please include a company even if some fields can't be found.** If it's a genuine NDT service provider in the target region and doesn't obviously look too large, include it with the missing fields left blank and a note in the source column, rather than skipping it. This applies even to the size fields themselves: if you can't pin down a hard employee count or revenue number but the company otherwise looks small and independent (small facility, no sign of a multi-state footprint, etc.), include it and flag the uncertainty. I'd rather review a borderline company myself than have it silently dropped. I have additional research materials (industry sub-sector definitions, guidance on common false positives, and helpful search terms) that I'll share once you're hired, to help you get moving quickly. **Process:** please send a draft after the first 25-30 companies so I can give feedback on scope, depth, and outreach approach before you work through the rest of the list. **Ideal freelancer:** experience with company/market research, lead generation, or sourcing-style research (building target lists for M&A, investment screening, or similar is a strong plus).
